entered my code plus 1 (OFF), the siren
shut off but now I can’t turn my alarm
back ON
Answer- Any time your alarm is
triggered, you must enter your code plus
OFF again to clear the alarm from the
screen

ARMING & DISARMING
FUNCTIONS
1-OFF
Shuts alarm OFF when armed and resets
alarms on the LCD display.
USAGE: Your 4-digit code + 1 (OFF)
2-AWAY (May use when leaving the
house)
Turns alarm ON with entry & exit delays
ON and motion detectors turned ON.
USAGE: Your 4-digit code + 2 (AWAY)
3-STAY (May use when leaving the
house)
Turns alarm ON with entry & exit delays
ON and motion detectors turned OFF.
USAGE: Your 4-digit code + 3 (STAY)
4-MAX (May NOT use when leaving the
house or when only one keypad is
installed)
Turns alarm ON with entry delay OFF
and motion detectors turned ON.

7-INSTANT (May NOT use when
leaving the house)
Turns alarm ON with entry delay OFF

Lights
GREEN- ON
All protected windows and doors
are closed and the system is
‘Ready to arm’
GREEN-OFF
A protected window or door is open. Press the
* (star) key and the open zone will
be displayed
RED- ON
System is ARMED.
LCD display will show what armed
mode the system is in.
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
5-TEST
Sounds siren, tests battery, places
interior devices (motion detectors, etc.)
into the chime mode. Enter your code
plus 1-OFF to return to normal
operation.
USE: Your 4-digit code + 5 (TEST)
6-BYPASS
Used to selectively remove areas (zones)
from the system prior to arming.
USE: Your 4-digit code + 6 (BYPASS) +
zone # (two digit) you want to remove
8-CODE
Used when entering new codes or
changing existing ones.
9-CHIME
Turning chime ON will sound three beeps
from all keypads when a protected
perimeter door or window is opened
whenever the alarm is turned OFF
USE: Your 4-digit code + 9 (CHIME)
Repeat to turn OFF
NOTE:
Your security system runs a test on the
battery backup every 24 hours. If
the battery should fail this test, the
keypad will beep rapidly and a BAT icon
will show up on the LCD display. Enter
your 4-digit code plus 1 (OFF) to silence
the beeps. Once the system detects a
charged battery the icon will disappear.
The typical shelf life of your standby
battery is 2 to 5 years
CODES:
NOTE: All codes must be 4-digits &
there is a time factor involved once you
start programming an individual code.
In other words, once you start
the code programming sequence you must
follow through with out any pauses
otherwise you will have to start over
again!
You have the ability to change
your MASTER code along with adding or
deleting up to 12 individual USER codes,
1 BABYSITTER (HOUSEKEEPER)
code and 1 DURESS code.

+ 8 + 2-digit user code 03 through 16 +
new 4-digit code.
You will hear 1 Beep to confirm you
entered the code correctly
NOTE: If you do not hear the Beep you
will have to start over!
